Step 1

During your initial discovery meeting, Janet will educate and guide you in exploring the vast and exciting world of diamonds & engagement jewelry.

Once you share your initial vision, Janet will curate a specific selection of diamonds, hand picked especially for you. We recommend allowing 8 weeks for your ring to complete its hand-crafted journey.

Step 2

Using our extensive network of trusted and knowledgeable local and international diamond partners, we source a current and specialized selection of diamonds curated just for you. This process ensures we find you exactly what you are looking for, within your preferred budget and choice of specifications.

If working with us remotely, you will receive high-quality videos of your curated diamonds. All of our diamonds are ethically sourced, conflict free, and have passed through the Kimberley Process (KP).

Step 3

Choose from one of our signature settings or design a custom setting with Janet. All of our settings are handcrafted by our master bench jewelers located in Los Angeles.

The design process begins with a CAD and detailed colored renderings. This helps you visualize exactly what your ring will look like, and gives you the opportunity to make adjustments before finalizing the design.

Step 4

During the final stages, we oversee each step of the design and production process to guarantee the final product has the Janet Heller seal of approval.

We stand by the quality of our bridal pieces and offer our brides a one year manufacturer guarantee, which includes loose prongs and missing pavé stones*.

*Due to normal wear and tear, not due to dropping or smashing the ring or other catastrophic occurrences.
