Our custom jewelry process is a collaboration between Janet Heller Fine Jewelry, our worldwide diamond partners and our family of artisan bench jewelers. We have streamlined the process to make your custom jewelry experience informative, fun and stress free. Our custom design process involves advanced 3D CAD design and precise colored renderings, both of which help you visualize how your custom jewelry pieces will look before they go into production!

Pricing

For all custom and redesign projects, you can expect a quote 3-5 business days after our first discovery meeting. For more complex projects, multiple design meetings might be necessary in order to get you pricing. Custom and redesign projects typically start at $1,200.00+ but vary according to the complexity of the design.

lead time

Due to the extensive design process in crafting custom jewelry, we ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for completion. If you have a rushed deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

payment

To begin production, we require a 50% deposit towards your order. Once the design and pricing are approved, we will move into the production phase of the project. Upon completion of your piece, the remaining balance can be paid in full, or if requested, can be divided up into 4 payments. We accept credit cards, checks, or bank wire transfers. Local state sales tax may apply.
