SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
- Owing to the valuable nature of its contents, all packages require a signature confirmation upon receipt.
- Once your order is processed, all in stock items are sent via fedex with insurance, with a 2-3 day delivery window.
- The Foundry Fine Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or the shipping carrier.
- If you require expedited shipping, please email us before you place your order and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
- For items that are not in stock, please see lead times in individual product descriptions. Once your order is placed, you will be notified of any changes in lead times.
- For all orders under $1,000, we charge a flat shipping/insurance rate of $45.
- Free domestic shipping on all orders over $1,000.
- You will be notified with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
- For international shipping, please contact us via email before you place your order. Please be advised that if a package is returned to the Foundry after 3 delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for shipping and all associated costs, including insurance, to resend.
- All custom orders, special orders, preorders, personalized items, engraved items, and sale or promotion items are final sale.
- At this time, we do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
- We do not accept order cancellations.
- All orders must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
- In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags attached. Upon inspection of your returned item, we reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Upon receiving your returned item(s), please allow 10 days for inspection and processing.
- Should your piece(s) not fit, please do not wear them. Please contact us and we will advise you of your options.
- Lost merchandise will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do not refund shipping, insurance, or handling charges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on returns at this time.
- Foundry Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Please make sure all returned packages have tracking information and are properly insured through your courier of choice.
